App Store license
Apps downloaded from the App Store are licensed to you, not sold, under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). These terms add to the Standard EULA; if they conflict, the Standard EULA controls. Payments and refunds for anything bought through the App Store are handled by Apple.
Free version and Movyra Pro
Movyra is free to use. Every video exported with the free version includes a small Movyra watermark, the Movyra logo and “movyra.app”, in the bottom-right corner.
Movyra Pro is an optional one-time in-app purchase, US$49.99 or the local price shown in the App Store, that removes the watermark from the videos you export. It is not a subscription. It works in Movyra on iPhone, iPad and Mac when you use the same Apple Account, and you can restore it on a new device with “Restore purchase” on the export screen.
Videos exported before you bought Movyra Pro keep their watermark; export them again to remove it. Apple charges the payment to your Apple Account and handles refunds. If a purchase is refunded, new exports include the watermark again.
Your content
You keep all rights to what you bring into Movyra and what you make with it: prompts, scripts, logos, images, audio and exported videos. We claim no ownership, and because your content stays on your device, we don’t see it.
You are responsible for having the rights to the material you add, including logos, screenshots, trademarks, music and anyone’s image or voice, and for how you use and publish your videos.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Movyra to:
- infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
- create content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing or hateful, or that sexualizes minors;
- impersonate a person or organization, or present made-up content, endorsements or voices as real;
- make false or misleading advertising claims;
- remove, crop, blur or cover the watermark on videos exported with the free version;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute or resell the apps, except where the law allows it.
AI-generated output
Movyra uses AI models to write scripts, plan scenes and produce narration. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete, and may resemble content made by others. Movyra flags some unsupported claims, but it can’t catch everything.
Review every video before you publish it. You are responsible for its accuracy and for following advertising rules and the policies of the platforms where you share it.
Third-party models, voices and services
Downloadable AI models, voices, fonts and open-source components are provided by their publishers under their own licenses, shown in the app where available. Optional online services, such as online voices, have their own terms. We aren’t responsible for third-party content or services.
Features and availability
We may add, change or remove features over time. Some features need specific hardware or software, such as a Mac with Apple silicon, Apple Intelligence, or a one-time model download.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent the law allows, Movyra is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, TECNO BLOCKS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, content, profits or revenue, arising from your use of Movyra. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Movyra Pro, if any. Please keep backups of important projects.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.
Ending these terms
You can stop using Movyra at any time by deleting the apps. Your right to use Movyra ends automatically if you break these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use Movyra after an update means you accept the new terms.
